From Engadget: RFID “Powder”

You think the little embedable ID chips the size of a grain of rice are freaky, check this one out at Engadget.

Pretrib, Midtrib, Postrib, Anytrib – this sure brings up reminders of prophecies in the book of Revelation, and the possibility of a mark identifying one with the world’s system (aka: The Mark of the Beast).

Hey, Are you done changing up you blog yet?

Dude, you’re tribbin’! I honestly think that equating ID technology with “the beast” is pretty far-fetched and possibly just a by-product of the unconscious influence of those cheesy tribby movies from the 70’s. I think that when Christians are really put to the test, there will be NO doubt that they will be choosing to deny Christ. Implanting an ID chip is SO NOT anti-Christ by any stretch of the imagination.

    Just keepin’ it real 🙂

Believe it or not, I totally agree with you that this or any ID chip is not the mark of the beast. It’s easy for people to think that the technology is the mark, and then they refuse any technology that looks like it could be the mark. Some people still think that a social security number is it.

The interesting thing to this story is that it is possible to use this technology for such purposes. Of course as far as I understand, and according to most teaching on eschatology that I’ve heard, we won’t be around when the antichrist is in power to implement whatever method is used.

There’s a lot of possibilities when it comes to end time prophecies. When we are all sitting around the table at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, I’m sure most of us will be staring at each other in amazement at what ACTUALLY happened vs what we thought would happen saying “Never saw that coming!”

Just remember… “every knee shall bow, every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord!”

I have nothing to loose; if there is no afterlife and a heaven when I died, like some poeple think, that’s okay. But… my Bible teaches me differently… when I open my spiritual eyes, my Lord will be there to welcome me with loving and open arms! Aleluya! You see… I don’t have to wish that I had a second chance.

REMEMBER… The time is now, my friends!!!
